Refund policy

Returns

Item(s) may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in new unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their original boxes, inserts and all packing materials, to be accepted. Items returned without original packing, used, assembled or damaged will not be accepted. 

The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any Items that do not meet the above return requirements.

Within UAE: Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery. Our shipping partner will collect & return the product(s) to our warehouse. 

Outside UAE: Customers are responsible for organising returns and the costs associated with returns.

To request a return please email help@BethandLilydecor.com and include:

  • Your order number;
  • Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning.

Our team will contact you to assist you with your return request within two (2) business days. 

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product with the exception of any other applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to ten to fourteen (10 -14) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you that your item will be delayed. You have the right to cancel the order for a full refund, alternatively, we could help you choose other products available on the online store.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer any exchanges. You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability.

Final Sale

Items marked final sale are not eligible for a return or refund. They are considered final sale.
