We offer a variety of home decor products, including stylish, elegant jars, a variety of serveware and bath essentials, and much more on the way. Our products are designed to suit a range of styles. There is something for everyone, regardless of your style, from modern and classic to glam elegance!

To place an order, navigate to the individual item page and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. The item will then be added to your bag, where you can review your order and item details. Click "Continue to Checkout" when ready and fill in the necessary information. Finally, select your preferred payment method to complete your order. To ensure a smooth checkout process, please note that your billing address for credit and debit card purchases must match the address on file with your bank. Upon submitting your order, your debit or credit card will be authorised for the entire order amount for verification purposes. Rest assured that the transaction will only be charged to your debit or credit card after we have confirmed the item's availability, prepared your order for shipping, and verified your card details with credit authorisation. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times will depend on your location and shipping method.  

Deliveries within UAE

  • UAE Deliveries are fulfilled the same day or a maximum of 2 Business Days across all Emirates within city limits. 
  • If you require same day delivery, please notify us on Whatsapp +97155-1986344.
  • Outside city limits, deliveries will be fulfilled in 5-7 Business Days. 
  • Our shipping partner will co-ordinate with you to arrange a delivery. 
  • A flat delivery fee of AED 30 is charged for deliveries under AED 500 in UAE.
  • Free shipping on all orders above AED 500.
  • Cash On Delivery is available at no additional charges in UAE.

International Delivery

 Kuwait & KSA: 

  • Deliveries are between  7- 10 Business Days.
  • Cash On Delivery is available at an additional charge (KWD 0.42 in Kuwait & SAR 5.11 in Saudi Arabia).
  • Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes and any other applicable fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

All other International locations: 

  • Deliveries are between 10-15 Business Days.
  • Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Customs duties, taxes and any other applicable fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays with customs or immigration, and customers are responsible for coordinating with their local customs offices for delivery.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. If you change your mind before receiving your order, contact our Customer Service by email at help@bethandlilydecor.com. We'll try to cancel your order as long as it has yet to be processed. If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will be treated as a return. For further details, please refer to our Return section below. At Beth and Lily Décor Co., we want to make the return process as easy as possible for online purchases. Item(s) may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund. To be accepted, items must be returned in new, unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their original boxes, inserts, and all packing materials. Items returned without original packing, used, assembled, or damaged will not be accepted. 

The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at purchase are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any Items that do not meet the above return requirements.

Within UAE: Returns will be accepted within seven (7) days of delivery. To initiate a       return, contact our Customer Service, and we will arrange a pick-up via our in-house courier service within two business days, free of charge.

Our shipping partner will collect & return the product(s) to our warehouse.  

Within KSA and Kuwait: If you are based in KSA or Kuwait, we can arrange our delivery partner to pick up the items, additional charges may apply.

All International locations excluding KSA and Kuwait: Customers are responsible for organising returns and the costs associated with returns.

To request a return for UAE, KSA and Kuwait orders, please email help@bethandlilydecor.com and include the following:

  • Your order number;
  • Name of product(s), the item number(s), and quantity of items you return.

Our team will contact you to assist you with your return request within two (2) business days. 

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product except for any other applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to ten to fourteen (10 -14) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns customers make and may only accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.

In the event that you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please notify us immediately so that we may assist you with your return request within two (2) business days.

Please note that products are considered damaged or defective if received damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault within two (2) business days of purchase. Normal wear and tear on items are not considered damage or a defect.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order online via the link provided.
